To ensure fair and honest competition in ANZ HACKFEST 2024, we have established the following ground rules:
- Teams must comprise individuals from the same organization. External consultants involved with your organization may join the team after
consulting with ANZ.
- Teams are permitted to use their own tools or open-source tools to develop their ideas.
- During registration, team leads and members must provide their official email addresses. Initial team names are required at registration, and teams can change members before the registration deadline on 28th June.
- Teams can withdraw their participation up to three weeks before the event.
- If a registered team fails to participate, they will be automatically disqualified.
- During the Ideation Stage and on Exhibit day, teams must demonstrate their first prototype or outcomes using videos or visualizations from tools. A mere presentation of the idea will not suffice.
- The Hackfest is open to all practicing professionals above the age of 18 years.
- Each team should consist of 3 to 6 members.
- An individual may only join one team. Each team entering the Hackfest must appoint a 'Team Leader' to register, represent, and submit
ideas.
- Organizing Committee members and their immediate family are not eligible to participate in the Hackfest.
